Over the last 25 years, Allan has attended many seminars, educational sessions, and motivational presentations where the speakers go on and on about how many great deals there are, and how easy it is to get rich in real estate. They give examples of this deal or that deal, and then they show you a copy of the great big check they received.
Why doesn't anyone tell you that no matter how experienced you are, and no matter how smart you are, you are going to make some bad deals? If you play, you are going to win, and you are going to lose. On the bright side, the loser deals make better stories.
