Free Real Estate Seminar To Be Held November 21, 2013 At Wayne County Community College

 

Detroit, MI – The Michigan Real Estate Investors are hosting a free seminar designed to teach the average person how to get started in the property investing business. At least three respected speakers with extensive experience in the real estate investment field will be speaking: Ian Watts, Mark Maupin, and Roy Frank.

The seminar is tentatively divided into two sessions. From 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Ian Watts and Mark Maupin will hold a question and answer forum pertaining to such questions as:
• Where do find the best buys on real estate?
• What are resources in our market to learn the real estate investing business?
• How do I write a buyer favorable purchase agreement?
• Learn how to put a great deal under contract to wholesale
• Learn the business of wholesaling real estate
From 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Ian Watts and Roy Frank will lead a discussion on:
• How to put your real estate license with a low cost real estate broker
• How to work without country real estate investors
• How to find real estate agents that work with investors
• How to make money in the Michigan real estate market
