Keep your business phone line separate from your personal line. You want your business to appear professional; plus, you wouldn't want a kid or someone else not associated with your company to answer the company phone.

You can learn a lot from others. Everyone has their own opinions, and sometimes they can be very vocal in sharing them. This is a fact of life, so learn to accept them gracefully. This doesn't, however, mean that you always have to agree. Let others keep their opinions, and keep yours. Although, you should only focus on those who are trying to help your business.
While you must avoid distraction, you can schedule personal appointments with family and friends. You can take time off to deal with personal items during the day and make up the business time later.
