On Friday, January 18th, from 10:00am-2:00pm, Ms. Deana Vitale from the WSU PTAC program, Tom Vargo from the Small Business Administration and Pat Salo from the Michigan Small Business Technology Development Center will do presentations on 'How to do Business with the Government' – Federal, State and Local. Refreshments will be served. The scheduled topics are as follows:
A brief overview of Government Contracting in a nutshell
How to do business with the Federal Government
How to do business with the State of Michigan
How to do business with the City of Detroit
SBA services – including programs for the economically disadvantaged (make less than $250,000 per year), and services available for women and veteran owned small businesses.
Services offered for small business by the Michigan Small Business Technology Development Center.
